Why do you request my twitter id and password? There should only be a need to create an account and login to twitClicks to enable tracking for the proper account holder.

I don’t feel comfortable entering password info on a 3rd party site.

Great service. Love to see a mashup of this, bit.ly (for shorter URLs and other stats) and Delicious (for better tagging and searching). Keep up the good work.

    Great info Kyle,

Does this work with affilate tracking or ClickBank ? I been using http://pinurl.com/ which works with ClickBank, I like pinurl, you can mask links, title them, view how many clicks. I then recloak them @ TwitPwr http://twitpwr.com/TwitterMe/ for more tracking and ranking, works great. Well I guess I’ll try this and see if I can cloak them 3 times.

    Thanks for the info.

Very nice! Would be even better if you had a button that can be dragged into the toolbar that shrinks the urls automatically, like what bit.ly offers. I know it takes only a few seconds at most to copy and paste a url to twitclicks, but when someone is shrinking a lot of urls, those seconds add up to hours of time wasted in the long run. Efficiency is key, and because of that, I will stick with bit.ly at this time. Just being honest with my feedback. I will keep an eye on twitclicks though. Best regards

Looks like a value-added url shortener. But I’m not going to use it or recommend it because you require my twitter ID to log in. I think you’d do better by allowing people a separate user ID sign up as per snipurl, tweetburner et al.
